IT'S THAT TIME AGAIN – the weather's getting cooler, there's football – time to make a batch of chili with Whitson's Moist Chili Seasoning. It's so easy, you can have a pot ready in 15 minutes for a party!
- 2 1/2 lbs. ground beef, bison, or venison
- 1 tbs. chicken bouillon granules or 1 cube (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbs. masa harina or flour
- 1 jar Whitson's Moist Chili Seasoning
Cook meat in just enough water to prevent browning (this gives a better texture to the chili).
Add bouillon or salt to taste.
Stir in masa harina and bring to a simmer.
Add chili seasoning and return to a simmer.
Serve and enjoy.
